This firm specialises in providing comprehensive legal services and is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their Newcastle team.
Our client is looking for someone who has at least 2 years of post-qualified experience (PQE), though applicants with more or less experience are encouraged to apply. They should be capable of handling a range of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion, with experience in managing a varied and busy caseload that includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right-to-buy, and shared ownership purchases.
In this role, key responsibilities include assisting the head of the department in driving growth and development initiatives while proactively seeking and securing business leads to contribute to the marketing efforts of the Residential Property department. Additionally, the candidate will focus on building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships in line with the client's "Partner for Life" ethos.
