Role
We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Specialist who can shine a spotlight across our automotive, home and lifestyle, and luxury brands. This exciting new role is pivotal in driving the digital presence of the business, optimising e-commerce platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Building and developing new e-commerce sites on WordPress and Shopify in preparation for brand launches when required.
Managing the day-to-day running of brand sites across WordPress and Shopify and providing vital insights via Google Analytics.
Managing online product launches and seasonal sales, reviewing and updating product information, collections and landing pages ensuring they’re up to date and promoting the brand effectively.
Managing product catalogue content – ensuring that products, images and information are accurate, consistent, and easily found by customers across various brand sites.
Analysing e-commerce performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Assisting with the creation and analysis of promotions, discounts, and special offers across the brands.
Working alongside the web development and marketing team, supporting on advertising campaigns and implementing website updates, layout changes, maintenance and new features.
Analysing current trends in the ecommerce space and competitor activities to enhance website performance.
Assisting in the development, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
Ensuring all customer databases are well maintained, and users are appropriately segmented and tagged for marketing purposes, utilising best practice data compliance and GDPR regulations.
Producing daily, monthly and quarterly data analysis and sales reporting.
Working closely with the in-house departments and external agencies across multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Skills and Experience
Experienced in building and running WordPress and Shopify websites. Additional training will be provided.
Minimum 2-years’ experience in a digital marketing or similar role.
Experienced in website management and email marketing software.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A valid driving licence.
Desirable skills
Social platform content production and video editing skills.
Basic website hosting knowledge.

Additional information
Basic hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This role will be primarily based across both our Chorley and Wigan sites with some opportunity for hybrid home working.
