Are you looking for a flexible role? Want to work for a company named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024? AEG's Presents Touring team are looking for a Tours Administrator on a zero-hour basis. What you'll do:

Collate venue availability and route tours; managing pencil holds as per the direction of Head of Touring, UK Touring team management or promoters. Assist with updating and maintaining ALTO, our in-house software, ensuring Artist, Venue information and Contacts are kept up to date. Research Venues, Artists, tour histories, ticket pricing and comparables for the Promoting team. Collate presentation decks of venues and production information. Manage the AEG weekly Guest List. Collate data from the promoting team for weekly on-sale updates and ensure internal stakeholders are advised accordingly. Transfer budget data from co-promoters or excel format and input into ALTO. Work with promoters to build costings for tours and individual shows using ALTO and ensure all events and tours are up to date in the system during all stages from draft, approval, confirmed to fully settled. We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has excellent knowledge of Excel. Has good financial skills. Has strong attention to detail. Has the ability to build good working relationships across various departments. Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. You will be able to book your shifts a month in advance. So why apply?
