This role offers a competitive salary starting at £60,000, with additional bonuses based on project performance, paid overtime, and travel expenses.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, depending on their size, with mechanical values ranging from £50,000 to £1,000,000. This role is ideal for someone based in Essex, ensuring ease of access to the office when required and facilitating smooth coordination with the team.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. - Prepare and present project reports, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any changes.

Essential Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, particularly with projects in heritage sites, hospitals, and museums. - Strong understanding of plant room upgrades and end-of-life facilities management works. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. - A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
