They are renowned for their excellent service delivery and commitment to employee growth and development. Job Description Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives. Present monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the senior management. Analyse complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Use SAP software to streamline accounting functions and operations. Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance. Manage and motivate a high-performing finance team. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior FP&A should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry. Strong financial modelling experience. Excellent proficiency in SAP software. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a team. What's on Offer An annual salary of between £65,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience. The opportunity to work in a high-impact role within a global transport and distribution company.
