Description
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
Lead and develop the finance function to support the company's growth.
Profile
The successful candidate:
Part Qualified, Qualified and Qualified by experience will all be considered.
Proven experience in a similar finance role.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Dynamic approach- no two days will be the same and this role requires a hands on approach.
Proficiency in management accounting
