Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required on a project in the Leicstershire area. You will be responsible for carrying out all PPM and reactive maintenance on all EC&I assets to ensure plant availability is maximized and downtime is kept to a minimum.
Role and Responsibilities:
Fault finding and maintaining mechanical and Electrical assets including pumps, gearboxes, valves, Motors, Panels, Controls and Instrumentation etc.
Carry out inspections and condition-based monitoring
Working in line with maintenance techniques and best practices
To ensure compliance with the pressure regulations and lifting gear inspection requirements
Assisting in plant developments and projects
Maintaining accurate maintenance records on the site CMMS
Carry out preventative maintenance in line with scheduled PPM s
Provide reactive maintenance duties on plant in a timely manner to meet the needs of the operation s requirements
Ensure all CBM duties are conducted
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience within a heavy process environment
Experience with CMMS or Piranha (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Level 3 NVQ in Maintenance Engineering
