Role Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Events Manager to lead Luxury Travel Programmes for their partners. You will work closely with the Operations Director and Commercial Director to help support and drive these events throughout the year. This individual will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing exclusive events for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring every aspect of the experience reflects the pinnacle of luxury, sophistication, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury travel, an eye for detail, and a proven track record in event management. The successful candidate must be willing to travel with this role Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Conceptualization:

Design and curate bespoke travel experiences, including private events, intimate gatherings, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and luxury tours, ensuring a personalized touch for each client. Client Relations & Consultation:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their preferences and tailoring experiences to meet their desires, ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience from start to finish. Vendor & Partner Management:

Identify and collaborate with high-end suppliers, including venues, caterers, transport services, and entertainers, ensuring all vendors deliver exceptional service that meets luxury standards. Logistics & Operations:

Oversee all logistics related to travel and events, including accommodations, transportation, itineraries, security, and any special requests, ensuring smooth operations at all stages. Budget Management:

Create and manage event budgets, ensuring clients receive value while maintaining profitability for the company. Approve expenses, negotiate contracts, and manage payments. Event Coordination:

Supervise the on-site execution of events, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision, from décor and catering to entertainment and guest experience. Post-Event Follow-up:

Collect feedback from clients to assess the success of each event, ensure client satisfaction, and build long-term relationships for future business opportunities. Brand Representation:

Uphold and reinforce the brand’s commitment to luxury, ensuring all events are in line with the company’s high standards and image. Qualifications and Experience: Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in event management, with a focus on luxury services, high-end hospitality, or luxury travel. Luxury Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the luxury travel and events industry, including trends, destinations, and the specific expectations of high-net-worth clients. Project Management:

Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile events and guest programmes simultaneously for clients. Vendor & Partner Relations:

Strong experience in negotiating and managing relationships with high-end suppliers, venues, and service providers. Travel Experience:

Knowledge of global luxury destinations, travel logistics, and exclusive services (private jets, yachts, etc.). Client-Focused:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a personalized, concierge-level experience to clients. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior clients and luxury brand representatives. Desirable Skills: Experience in planning high-profile events, such as gala dinners, luxury product launches, and exclusive brand activations. A strong network of contacts within the luxury travel, hospitality, and entertainment industries. Knowledge of the latest trends in luxury travel and experiential marketing. Personal Attributes: Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for creating extraordinary, memorable experiences. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure. Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Creative, flexible, and adaptable in meeting the evolving needs of high-end clients and luxury experiences.
