Graduate Sales Executive - Uncapped OTE - Year 1 £35k realistic, Year 2 £45k+ Based in South Manchester, Greater Manchester Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm (Hybrid working, 2 days working from home) This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring or experienced salespeople. If you have previous business to consumer or business to business sales experience and want to elevate your career in sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to do just that! This is a business-to-business sales role where your time will be evenly split between developing existing client accounts through proactive outreach and prospecting new business through consultative approaches. In essence, your role will be to develop lasting relationships and, through the strength of those relationships, drive revenue growth. You will be given lots of support to achieve the above and will be joining a business that boasts many accolades and is recognised as a market leader in its sector. However, despite their success, they are always looking to increase market share, meaning lots of opportunity to progress. To be successful in the Graduate Sales Executive role, you need to love being on the phone, enjoy speaking to people, and building relationships, and not be afraid to initiate contact. Previous sales experience is essential, but we are flexible to consider both business to consumer and business to business sales experience.
