UK Sales Coordinator, Business Management Team We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Business Management team in London. This role is suited to someone who can demonstrate impressive attention to detail, is passionate about delivering to the highest standards, thrives on running multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels. What will you do?

Working closely with the Investment Bank Business Manager and Research Coordinator End-to-end management of UK Analyst Marketing roadshows and ad-hoc meetings, both in-person and virtual Co-ordination of roadshow logistics including travel, hotels, meeting rooms, lunches, and virtual setups Liaising with internal counterparts across multiple teams and regions as well as with institutional investors Further development of internal processes related to the management of UK Analyst Marketing Managing a team of three Sales & Trading Assistants Managing general departmental admin for the UK-based Sales & Trading teams Who are we looking for?

A process-driven approach and ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail A passion for delivering results to a high standard Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly unfolding situations Experience of managing a team Proficiency with the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Proficiency in German is an advantage, although not required What we offer you:
