Title: Corporate Finance Director (M&A)

Venator Search are exclusively representing a U.S listed Financial Services institution in their search for a Corporate Finance Director (M&A). The acquisitive firm have a presence across 50 territories and supported by 20,000 employees.
You will join as a senior member of the M&A team responsible for contributing to the planning, design and execution of the firms group strategy. You will influence through to board level and manage critical senior relationships with both internal and external advisers.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure financial models are robust, accurate, and capable of accommodating multiple scenarios to support valuation and forecasting needs
Provide accurate valuations of projects to support financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS 2 or other applicable accounting standards.
Deliver financial plans, including forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial projections.
Perform scenario analysis to aid decision-making and strategy development
Act as a trusted business partner with senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
The Candidate:
Ability to develop and manage complex financial models
Strong analytical capability to evaluate a range of complex scenarios.
In-depth understanding of equity compensation modelling
Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 10 years’ post qualified experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
