Job Description
My client is a highly prestigious, multi-strategy hedge fund that has benefited from exceptional performance in recent years and grown to be one of the leading hedge funds in the London space. The fund is looking for a trader assistant to sit on the investment desk and directly support the CIO and Portfolio Managers with best execution, sourcing prices, risk management, market commentary, owning client relationships, and project work. This role would suit candidates looking to move out of operations and “step up” into a trader assistant role or existing trader assistants looking to move on desk and increase their exposure to the main decision makers and engage in high-level analysis. The role can pay up to £100k on the base salary. Existing trader assistants are receiving bonuses ranging from 50-100% alongside top-class benefits.
