Senior Data Governance Analyst - Manager - English!

In this role you will be responsible to provide a single point end to end accountability for the project oversight, reporting to project management team, establish working relationship with technology partners etc.

Responsibilities Develop and implement data standards, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and availability. Identify data-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Serve as a liaison between Business and technology to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, prioritized, and actioned. Review and audit data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations. Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners. Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams. Provide support for data governance initiatives, such as data cataloging using Collibra or similar tools. Conduct training sessions and workshops on data governance practices and principles. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop metrics and dashboards for data quality. Participate in the development and support of data governance program strategies, roadmaps, and project plans.

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management and Data Quality. Proven experience in data governance, data management, data quality, or a similar role. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with Collibra or other data cataloging tools. Experience with Data Quality tools. E.g. Ataccama, IDQ, Collibra, etc. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree is desired.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience with database management systems.
