Insurance Adviser Uncapped commission OTE: £35K-£75K per annum.
Our client is the leading life insurance broker in the UK and was formed in 1998. We started with our CEO and one Adviser and are now several hundred strong across six locations: London, Leeds, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, and Cape Town.
We are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for Advisors in the Hertford/Ware area.
Key Requirements
High standards of customer service and integrity Previous experience in an advisory or consultative B2C position Proven experience working to targets and KPIs Team player with the ability to drive and motivate yourself and others Previous experience in selling protection products is desirable but not essential
Role Overview
Conduct thorough fact-finding consultations with customers over the phone to understand their insurance needs. Recommend appropriate protection insurance products tailored to each customer's requirements. Make a positive first impression with customers and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Drive and motivate yourself to achieve and exceed sales targets. High achievers have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with OTE ranging from £35,000 to £75,000+ per annum.
