Staffline are Hiring!! Great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to develop their career within a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position, Monday-Friday, typically 8am-4pm. Holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays. Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for the role, we are looking for a candidate with: CIPD Level 3 Desire for learning Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably FMCG, with proven experience as a generalist HR Advisor Ability to analyse data and generate reports Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent IT skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Responsibilities:

In your role as an HR Advisor: Provide an effective, professional HR service to all employees to support the delivery of the people strategy and ensure the achievement of site strategic goals. Support the HR team in the implementation of an integrated corporate HR strategy, promoting legislative compliance and best practice. Support and advise Managers with day-to-day HR issues as they arise, in line with Company culture, HR policy, and employment legislation. Assist HR Manager and Department Managers with grievance, performance management, and disciplinary matters to ensure a prompt, fair, and reasonable process, ensuring legal compliance. Support the implementation of HR projects and change initiatives. Assist in the performance appraisal process, setting objectives and developing performance improvement plans as needed. Facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and retention. Utilise staff data to report daily KPIs. Manage internal adverts and external recruitment via all platforms. Support Managers with the interview and selection process, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. Provide a great new starter experience, delivering inductions for new starters and supporting managers with onboarding programmes. Embrace continuous improvement methods in relation to people processes. Assist and support with the review of HR system and administration processes for legislative and ethical audit compliance.
