Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements. Develop and maintain detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Utilise VISIO for process mapping and visual documentation. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with Scrum Teams. Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. Qualifications : Proven experience in capturing requirements and writing detailed user stories. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Proficiency in VISIO for creating process flows and diagrams. Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Scrum Teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
