Attractive Commission : Starting at 39% commission on your first deal, increasing to 59% for subsequent business and referrals. About You: Mortgage Experience : Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mortgage market. Experience with whole-of-market is a plus, but not essential - we welcome applicants from major high street banks or other backgrounds. CeMAP Qualified : Fully qualified to provide mortgage advice. Client-Focused : A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients. Team Player : While you’ll be running your own business, you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
