Working with warm leads - whether it's over the phone, live chat, or WhatsApp - you'll build relationships, manage pipelines, and convert opportunities into satisfied, long-term clients. This is a target-driven role perfect for confident communicators who excel at closing deals while delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and convert: You'll work with warm inbound and outbound leads. You'll be expected to be a warm, convincing point of contact. Hit targets: Meet and exceed monthly joiner and conversion goals.
Experience Required: Sales expertise: A proven track record in telephone sales is essential. Confidence on the phone: A calm, professional demeanour and the ability to communicate effectively. Hard-work: Call volumes will fluctuate from day-to-day. Some days requiring only an hour of calls and others demanding three to four. Attention to detail: Pipeline management is crucial, strong organisational skills to manage your workload is paramount to success.
