Showsec have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR team at our Head Office in Leicester. This is a truly varied role that will see you be responsible for responding to HR queries, the entire Employee Lifecycle, engaging with our Casual work force, transactional administration, and the opportunity to be involved in project work. What you will be doing

First point of contact for all HR enquiries, via phone, email or in person. Responsible for the timely management of the HR inbox and ensuring SLA’s are adhered to. Providing information to employees and casual workers on HR and business-based policies and procedures. Supporting the HR department with projects and delivery of department plan. Collating data and Management Information for the HR Manager and monthly reports. Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and Advisors. Supporting with onboarding and induction of new starters. Supporting the employee recruitment and selection process. Monitoring and guiding managers on Employee absences. Supporting the HR Manager and Advisors with meeting minutes and letter templates. Managing our Employee and Casual Worker HRIS systems. What Showsec can offer you

Salary of £24,160.00 per annum. 24 days holiday + 8 days public holiday. CIPD Level 3 Qualified, or working towards one is desirable. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business. A strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Office365, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to prioritise workload to deal with tasks in a timely manner. Flexible and adaptable approach. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Practical and logical; able to solve problems efficiently. Driven and determined. Experienced with using HR Systems and/or Workday is desirable.
