Your new role The Business Analyst will join an innovative, fast-paced team that is undergoing a period of transition and transformation. Working as part of the Cyber Resilience team, you will be responsible for understanding and mapping processes, whilst working with several key stakeholders and third parties to analyse, document and translate requirements into documented requirements.
You will organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings/workshops, investigate and document change impacts, support the continuous improvement of processes throughout the business and utilise process mapping for current state analysis and future proposals (BPMN).
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate: A proven track record of having worked as a Business Analyst in a highly regulated environment Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps Experience of having worked on Cyber projects / experience working within a Cyber Resilience setting Experience of working with third-parties would be an advantage Excellent stakeholder management, relationship management and communication skills

This will be a hybrid working position based at their Newport office.
