Financial Manager
to join our dynamic team at DD Products and Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the group entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly and quarterly financial and bank reporting for all Phey entities. Manage new business consolidation software, ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with the FP&A team. Ensure group-wide compliance with banking covenants. Oversee acquisition accounting treatment for group entities. Be a key contact for group audits and support technical accounting queries. Assist Financial Controllers with month-end tasks and provide expertise on accounting standards and practices. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. Proven experience in financial reporting within a group of companies with strict deadlines. Knowledge of domestic and international tax requirements for sales and purchases. Advanced Excel skills; experience with D365 is a plus. A strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, MHRA). Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
