Support Financial Reporting: * Assist in preparing the 2024/25 Statement of Accounts and audit working papers, particularly for 'Note 14' and capital expenditure/financing notes. * Collaborate on maintaining and updating the Capital Adjustment Account and Revaluation Reserves. Collaboration and System Management: * Work closely with the Principal Accountant (Capital and Treasury) and the financial system provider, Technology One, to refine and maintain the integrated Asset Module.

Essential Skills: Experience: Extensive asset accounting expertise, particularly within a local government setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills for complex financial calculations. Attention to Detail: The ability to identify discrepancies and ensure audit compliance.
