You will be number two to the Commercial Manager within the West Yorkshire region of a successful, established business and will help to shape and mould more junior QS's in the department.
They are growing at a fantastic rate, and you will need to work at pace in a variety of projects including Health, Education, and Housing, and will double within the next 4 years.
They currently have a team of 5 and counting, which you will help to grow.
Your relevant experience: Tier one contractor experience Ambition to progress within a busy growing company Knowledge of NEC (80%) and JCT (20%) forms of contract Managerial staff coaching capability A leader by example Ability to work collaboratively Ability to run 3-4 jobs
