Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location:
Swansea In this role, you'll manage all commercial aspects of construction projects, from cost control and budgeting to subcontractor procurement and client management. You'll be responsible for ensuring high standards of delivery, maintaining profitability, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Working closely with the operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's continued success. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Quantity Surveying experience and a strong track record in managing construction projects. You'll bring excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment. Experience with JCT and NEC contracts is desirable, but not essential. This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£70,000, a company car, and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, a company pension, and performance bonuses.
