Job Matching : Match candidates with opportunities based on experience, qualifications, and client needs. Offer Negotiation : Facilitate salary negotiations and employment terms between clients and candidates. Market Research : Stay on top of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Consultation : Provide expert career advice to both clients and candidates. Administrative Tasks : Handle contracts, job postings, feedback collection, and database management.
