On behalf of a leading care provider in the Northwest, I am currently looking for a Care Home Deputy Manager to join one of their residential homes within the Lancaster area. The successful candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of dementia and elderly care, including an understanding of DOLs (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) and safeguarding regulations. This is a market leading home, and our client is keen to hire a new deputy manager who has worked in high calibre care homes. The Deputy Care Home Manager job role: Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day to day running of the home Oversee the delivery of high calibre care Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care. Provide staff management, support and development.
