We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter looking to move into Finance and Accountancy Recruitment.

Responsibilities Build your desk within their ecosystem - sharing clients to speed up business development. Engage with clients such as Pension providers, Insurers, and Finance firms across the South East/London market. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Proactively seek out new business and grow your portfolio through excellent service. Manage clients and candidates skilfully to maximize placements. Visit senior candidates and meet clients in London. Requirements
A minimum of two years experience in Recruitment. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. Benefits
