We are working with an innovative, leading Tier-1 consumer brand that is looking for a Senior Designer to play a pivotal role in their creative team and deliver standout visuals that resonate across global markets. This role involves leading design projects from start to finish, creating compelling assets for campaigns, and working closely with various teams to bring ideas to life. You’ll combine artistic flair with strategic thinking to craft visuals that are as effective as they are inspiring. This role will:

Work closely with the Head of Design to understand project requirements across strategic marketing and content creation. Lead on design projects and provide stakeholder management, client solutions, and campaign delivery. Action feedback on projects and proofread to ensure accuracy. Support the wider creative team in ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Produce a wide range of visuals for both traditional and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and originality in every piece. Manage workflows efficiently, balancing deadlines with creative excellence. Safeguard and elevate the visual identity of the brand across multiple initiatives. Engage with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative projects that align with the wider vision. Maintain rigorous attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest standards. We are looking for:

A track record of success in a senior design role, with experience across industries and project types. Expertise in industry-standard design tools and a keen understanding of current design trends and techniques. A creative mindset paired with strong organisational skills, enabling you to manage complex projects effectively. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, ensuring alignment and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Highly experienced Graphic Design exposure working within the B2B space along with experience working with clients on B2C projects. A portfolio showcasing diverse, innovative, and impactful design work. High technical ability including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint and knowledge of Adobe XD would be a bonus. For more information, please apply.
