The Graduate Network is on the lookout for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Edgbaston office. About Us The Graduate Network specialises in connecting schools with exceptional talent, making a positive impact on education. We take pride in our dedication to client and candidate care, ensuring the highest standards of recruitment. Responsibilities: Advert Writing:

Create engaging and professional job adverts tailored to attract top-tier candidates for schools. Pre-screening Candidates:

Conduct detailed phone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles. CV Writing and Profile Creation:

Help candidates showcase their skills and experiences effectively by tailoring CVs and building comprehensive profiles. Compliance:

Ensure all candidates meet strict safeguarding and legal requirements, maintaining our commitment to safety and integrity. Data Management:

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in our database. Interview Preparation:

Provide candidates with tailored support, ensuring they feel confident and ready for interviews. Client and Candidate Care:

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, offering ongoing support to both schools and candidates. We’re seeking someone who: Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates outstanding organisational and time management abilities. Is confident working in a fast-paced environment. Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ideally, has experience in recruitment, education, or customer service (but we’re open to training the right candidate).
