Key Responsibilities
Patient Care:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
Clinical Duties: Develop and implement individualized care plans Perform diagnostic tests and assess results Provide wound care and manage chronic conditions.
Team Collaboration: Work in concert with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans and medical concerns.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhere to all nursing home policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Required: Fully qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Pin Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent clinical and caregiving skills.
Preferred: Experience in a nursing home or geriatric care setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
