ROLE OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate as a Scientific and Technical Expert in your specific speciality. • Support the Pharmaceutical Development Units (PDUs) in delivering a revenue-generating portfolio effectively. This includes:
Providing technical experience and support to development teams. Hands-on role applying specialist skills. Responsible for specialist equipment and laboratory areas. Training Nanopharm team members. Reviewing reports for technical and scientific accuracy. Engaging in discussions and presentations with customers and stakeholders. Resolving technical challenges faced by scientific teams. QUALIFICATIONS • A first degree in a science, pharmacy or relevant discipline (2.1 or above) is required. • Extensive experience in a specialised field is essential. • A PhD is preferable. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in a lab-based environment. Strong leadership skills. Awareness of regulatory requirements (COSHH, GMP, GLP). Excellent communication skills. Highly organised with data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Knowledge of IT software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
