Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.
This unique provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established and Good rated residential care home delivering care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability and Autism.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism. Lead an established team and ensure they are effectively motivated, resourced, and trained to deliver the very highest standard of person-centred care. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families.
Requirements:
Ideally have experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service, preferably within residential care, although supported living, care managers, and established deputy managers will be considered. Experience of overseeing and developing large staff teams. Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
