Job Description

The role: The successful digital content executive will be responsible for the website’s design, online marketing content, and performance, ensuring it reflects the brand. The digital content executive will monitor and report on customer engagement, creating actionable insights to drive online sales through content management and will improve the customer experience of the website. The digital content executive will keep the website up to date with the latest e-commerce trends to maximise customer engagement. This includes using SEOs and content management strategy to optimise the websites capabilities. The digital content executive will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Meta tags and descriptions across the site. The digital content executive will use Google Analytics to analyse website performance, seek feedback from customers and contribute to continuous improvement. The digital content executive will report on the website performance, create Google Analytics reports and work with 3rd party partners to implement and manage changes in the functioning of the website. Ideal candidate: Experience in SEO and implementing SEO best practices is essential. Driven and ambitious. Proficiency with e-commerce and content management platforms is essential. Meta tags and website description experience is essential. Experience with content management. Google Analytics experience – how to use and create reporting. Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools and the ability to drive and implement action from insight. This role is ideal for someone with experience in content management, SEO practice, and Google Analytics excited by the idea of stepping into a market-leading business.
