Development Manager required to work for a fast-growing business based in Central London. This position will be primarily remote, with some travel to the Central London offices and occasional global travel. All travel and accommodation expenses will be paid. Please read in full before applying.
Due to the global nature of the role, there may be early or late calls. Candidates must be prepared for this, with flexibility regarding working hours. We seek someone dedicated, not just someone looking for a typical 9 am - 5 pm position. Immediate availability is a bonus.
We need you to have the following experience, which is imperative: You MUST have managed Development Teams of approximately 80 people or more (including 3rd parties). The size and scale of your experience is extremely important. You will have clear examples of how to get the best out of 3rd parties and know how to maximize results. Good, strong, solid, and proven people management and leadership skills. Ideally, you will have been a Developer earlier in your career, understanding the day-to-day life in a Developer's world. SOLID senior Business Stakeholder Management skills. Proven resilience and a determined approach to getting things done. No issues with global calls and travel at short notice.
