Mechanical Contracts Manager
Mechanical Contracts Manager needed on a permanent basis in Dartford in Kent close to London, Essex, Gravesend, Woolwich, Bromley, and Orpington.
My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager or an up-and-coming Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding engineering team in Dartford.
Duties
Manage sub-contractor labour and ensure work is carried out to achieve targets set. Plan works ahead and carry out orders to ensure smooth running of the site. Manage the quality of the install and identify and assign snags. Manage the health and safety on site to ensure a safe system of works. Qualifications
Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role. Mechanical qualifications. Experience on commercial new builds. Commutable distance from Dartford.
