Our client based in Thatcham is looking for a
Quality Assurance Assistant
to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a temporary 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet specified quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Shift:
08:00am to 17:00pm
Salary:
£13.50 per hour
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Prepare and update quality control procedures, checklists, and reports. Ensure compliance with quality management systems. Record and analyse test results to identify deviations from quality specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure they are performed according to defined procedures and standards. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or deviations in production processes. Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements. Train production staff on quality control processes and the importance of adhering to standards. Develop and implement quality awareness programs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment. Previous experience working in Quality Assurance. Driving Licence is beneficial but not essential.
