Synechron is looking for an experienced Back Office Murex SME Analyst to join an established international business. Working with a team of developers, the role requires both overseeing projects as well as hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert knowledge of and experience working in an international Financial Markets organisation

Expert knowledge of the Murex platform specifically focusing in the areas of Operations (post-trade workflow)

MxMLExchange (workflows, tasks, Amendment agent, space definitions, interfaces, trade repository)

XML/XLS development skills (Message transformation and generation: swift, documents, advices, notifications etc)

Trade life cycle (booking and market operations)

Contract matching logic

Pretrade workflow (pricing and booking sequences)

Cash settlements (release cycle, netting, fixing, split etc)

SSI management and maintenance (nostro, Vostro, SSI assignment logic)

Confirmation instruction setup and assignment (filters setup with Murex Data query language)

User definable fields setup

Official P&L generation and simulation views knowledge

Unix knowledge to investigate logs

Start date ASAP, competitive rates, x6m+ contract.
