Operational Repairs Planner Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate repairs and programmed works for responsive and efficient service delivery. Ensure the right operatives are assigned to tasks, maximizing first-time fix rates and productivity. Manage appointments in real-time to prevent service failures, prioritizing tasks based on housing policy and legislative requirements. Monitor and report on operative performance, addressing missed appointments and service issues. Handle customer feedback, resolving complaints promptly and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Liaise with internal and external agencies to maintain high service standards. Use IT systems to manage repairs, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Support new starters, including leading inductions and providing guidance. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all repair and maintenance activities. The Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Operational Repairs Planner with excellent organizational and customer service skills. Essential Skills and Experience: Experience using work scheduling/planning systems (ICT or manual). Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of repairs tasks and trade interdependencies. Skilled in managing various contractual arrangements (e.g., schedule of rates, time and materials). Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines. Polite and efficient in responding to customer needs, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. Desirable Skills and Experience: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and fire safety standards.
