The Senior Staff Program Manager is responsible for the management of a portfolio of projects and activities of all DevOps and Operations Teams and is the contact point between senior functional leaders across the company.

What You'll Do

Responsible for the project delivery streams of a portfolio of products and services managed by multiple SaaS and on-prem DevOps and Operations teams. Work in partnership with Technical Team Managers and fellow Program Management Staff to manage, influence and report on project status, staff utilisation, Sprint health and other metrics and initiatives as required. Work with key stakeholders to set expectations and align on priorities. Accountable for the management of the DevOps project portfolio, including reporting to senior stakeholders. Defines key metrics, KPIs and internal standardisation initiatives across the entire portfolio of products, services and teams. Responsible for the development of year-long roadmaps across the portfolio of products, services and teams. Develop a deep understanding of the supported products and services and can lead, mentor and support fellow Program Management staff, functional staff and peers. Collaborate with PMO, Corporate, Product, Engineering, Architecture, BizApps, Security and Support to ensure alignment of strategy, resources and priorities. Develop a strong understanding of team, functional and company-wide workflows. Responsible for implementing process change across the portfolio of products, services and teams. Coordinate and own ad hoc projects and initiatives that may span multiple functions, products and business units, working with PMO and other functional leaders as required. Determine strategy and action plans on company-wide projects and routinely interact with Senior Leaders. Own the coordination of compliance programs (GDPR, ISO27001, SOX) and implementation within DevOps where required.

What You'll Bring

Extensive experience working in a Project, Program or Portfolio Management role in an enterprise technical environment. A strong security mindset and understanding of compliance programs (GDPR, ISO27001). Deep understanding of Agile Principles and project management methodologies. Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment, as well as being self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment without supervision. Experience working with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in People Management, having managed teams previously. CSM or equivalent and PMP. A background in Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering and/or DevOps and experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones in an Agile / Scrum environment.
