Sous Chef
to join the culinary team of a prestigious luxury brand at Heathrow Airport. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and culinary expertise in a fast-paced, high-end environment, crafting exceptional dishes for discerning clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen's daily operations. Lead the team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Prepare and present high-quality dishes to luxury standards. Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimizing food waste. Ensure all health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Contribute to menu development, showcasing creativity and culinary flair. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a
Sous Chef
or in a similar leadership role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure. Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
