THE ROLE A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a recognised residential property team in Lancashire You will be handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception through to completion Your caseload will include: Sales and purchases Leasehold and freehold Remortgages Right to buy, shared ownership and help to buy transactions
THE REQUIREMENTS You must have a minimum of 24 months fee earning experience as a Residential Conveyancer You must have experience of handling your own files from inception through to completion
