Your Role: Project Manager – Global HRIS Implementation As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a Global HRIS system across 80 countries, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic business objectives. This is a hybrid role based in our Portadown office three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Global HRIS system. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, business analysts, developers, and external vendors. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and value realization. About You Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with expertise in HRIS and global implementations. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Strong understanding of business processes and IT applications. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of financial management and budgeting. Familiarity with enterprise software solutions such as HRIS and ERP systems. Key Characteristics: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
