Night Shifts Available | 36 hours per week

This opportunity is based at a well-respected service in Warrington, where a dedicated team provides nursing and dementia care to 42 residents. This home offers residents the chance to pursue hobbies, decorate their rooms as they wish, and enjoy a tranquil sensory garden. With a supportive team and a strong CQC report, this is a place where both residents and staff thrive!

Registered Nurse Duties:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional care for our residents, ensuring they live their best lives in a supportive and person-centred environment. You will:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with the latest best practices and regulatory requirements Collaborate with residents, their families, and the multi-disciplinary team to develop care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs Prioritize resident dignity and privacy, while promoting independence and choice Oversee medicine management in compliance with legal and professional standards Safeguard and promote the welfare of the residents in your care

Registered Nurse Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin Strong knowledge of nursing standards and NMC code of practice Proven experience in person-centred care planning A natural leader and mentor, who inspires your team A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference
