As a health adviser, you are the patients' first point of contact, using your skills alongside specialist computer software to assess their symptoms and provide the help and reassurance they need. We offer a competitive base salary, starting at £24,071, rising to £25,674 after two years (per annum, pro rata). The role also attracts enhanced payments for unsocial hours worked in the evenings and weekends. There is a requirement to work six out of eight public holidays (pro rata depending on rota) and three weekends out of five. Main duties of the job

Successful candidates must possess the skills to handle various patient calls compassionately and professionally, utilizing strong customer service skills to manage complex and sensitive information. Qualifications / Knowledge:

Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including English (or considerable customer service skills and experience) IT literate Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive and distressing information Able to work under pressure Experience:
