IT Technical Analyst , you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, translating their requirements into actionable technical solutions. You’ll act as a critical link between IT and business teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and enhancements to systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document technical and business requirements. Work with development teams to design and deliver robust solutions that meet business needs. Analyse existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Create detailed technical specifications, user stories, and process flows. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues and changes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for delivering value through technology. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, ideally within financial services. Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in creating technical documentation and process diagrams. Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment. Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Jira, and Confluence is a plus. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
