We are seeking a skilled .Net Developer for a permanent position with a salary of up to £55k. The role is home-based in the North of England and candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance. The primary responsibility will be developing and supporting quality solutions for new and existing customers. The role involves key areas of software development, including evaluation, recommendations, delivery, testing, maintenance, and documentation. As a .Net Developer, you will be involved in evaluating new technologies, making recommendations, and delivering quality software solutions. You will be responsible for testing, maintaining, and documenting these solutions. A thorough understanding of object-oriented programming and extensive experience with the .NET framework is essential. You should also have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and be familiar with at least one development methodology, preferably Agile. Experience working within a DevOps/SRE environment is desirable. Skills: Strong experience with .NET Proficient in Microsoft Azure PaaS Skilled in Azure DevOps Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming Demonstrable knowledge of good coding practices in a variety of languages Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience working within a DevOps/SRE environment (desirable) Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Software/Tools: .NET Microsoft Azure PaaS Azure DevOps Certifications & Standards: Must be eligible for SC Clearance
