Our client runs a well-established and highly regarded nursery in the Watford area. They are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of this welcoming nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager to join a reputable organization offering a competitive pay structure.
Key Responsibilities
The Nursery Manager will be responsible for dealing with the day-to-day running of the nursery setting. Overseeing a team of childcare professionals and helping to ensure that their jobs are done to the highest possible standard. Making sure that the nursery is fully compliant with OFSTED regulations. Ensuring that the nursery follows all EYFS principles. Employing and training new staff. Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager. A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. What you get in return
