Hilton Vienna Am Stadtpark 1, Vienna A-1030 As Assistant Director of Contracting - Cluster C&E Sales (m/f/d), you are responsible for the economic success and revenue and profit maximization of our three Hilton Hotels in Vienna. You represent our hotels to customers and negotiation partners, demonstrating your professional and dedicated approach. With your passion for the hotel industry, you ensure guest and customer satisfaction and loyalty while adhering to established standards. Responsibilities

Knowledge of the hotels' facilities, products, and services, as well as Hilton Worldwide Monthly forecasting Ensuring the economic profitability of groups and events Preparation and presentation of reports in Commercial - Morning Meetings and Business Focus Meetings Selling rooms, event spaces, and services in line with respective hotel strategies Creating proposals and contracts according to customer/guest requirements Independently conducting professional property tours and detailed discussions with customers Correct, efficient, and timely communication with customers/guests and team members Efficient utilization and maintenance of all existing systems Creating a secure environment for our guests and team members at all times Generating all necessary reports and statistics Checking the correct and complete input of required data and activities in specific computer systems Participating in and supporting marketing activities such as BBOB Calls, Sales Blitz, etc. Personnel management: leadership, motivation, training, and evaluations (PDRs) of employees Participating in regular internal communication meetings Creating the duty and vacation schedule Participating in training sessions and implementing acquired knowledge Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace Being mindful of personal behaviour and that of colleagues to prevent accidents Being able to respond correctly to internal alarms (e.g., bomb threat/fire alarm) Participating in credit meetings with the accounting of the respective hotels Qualifications

Adequate tourism education and several years of experience A strategic and forward-thinking approach, along with strong analytical skills to recognize and respond to competitive trends Target-oriented work style Ability to complete tasks within clear deadlines and prioritize Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident and well-groomed appearance Flexibility and openness to new challenges Excellent German and English language skills, additional languages advantageous High customer orientation and service mentality Willingness to take responsibility in the corresponding area and demonstrate commitment and high self-motivation You are at the center of our focus; only when you are happy are our teams and guests.
