The Role: To achieve turnover & margin targets for existing accounts as well as agreed SLAs & KPIs. Develop and execute customer plans in a specified account base through upselling & cross-selling the full portfolio of products. Meet agreed business objectives in new and existing accounts, maximizing profit and distribution to increase throughput of products. Build and develop relationships with external & internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring that the business delivers the project on time & in budget to agreed targets. Ensure all relevant systems are updated, as necessary. Gain a full holistic picture of the account base, including decision makers & spend. What Will You Need? Track record of excellent performance selling into the construction sector Knowledge of sales techniques & overcoming objections Resilience and self-motivated as the ability to build relations with clients is paramount Experience of developing energizing relationships across functions to enable customer plans that deliver results Experience of delivering and over-delivering sales targets What's In It For You?
