Tradepoint Sales Partner Full time - 36.75 hours per week Permanent £34,300 - £43,900 per annum plus Bonus As a TradePoint Sales Partner, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth for TradePoint while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. This is a new opportunity in the business to really make a difference to our trade proposition and to make the role your own. What's the job?

You’ll develop a network of contacts by identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing members. Maximize sales growth and create a highly effective trade experience in your local area by promoting the TradePoint brand and services. You’ll work closely with the stores to inspire, motivate, and engage the wider store team to create a culture focused on identifying trade opportunities and delivering the needs of our trade members. What we need:

Bringing your experience within the trade or house building market, you have a sharp commercial mind and plenty of customer service experience. A great communicator who shows initiative and has experience building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders will feel right at home with us. We’ll support you with the tools and knowledge through a fantastic induction and team support. You’re also flexible enough to work when our customers need you, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Proven experience in winning business, promoting products and services from previous sales or business development roles Industry experience is beneficial but not essential Strong communication skills Relationship building Negotiation skills Project management Problem solving Financial and business acumen Planning and organizational skills Team working You’ll be visiting customers and project sites – to keep everybody safe, you’ll need a full UK driving license with over a year’s driving experience.
